As an Access Control Security Guard in the health care sector, you will ensure high level of customer service in a challenging environment, greeting and providing access to people and directing them to right place . We are looking for Health care Access control Guards to work at one of our Healthcare site in Winnipeg . As an Access control guard in the Healthcare , you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there!

Full-time positions we are looking to Fill

P1 : Monday to Friday 0730 to 1445

P2 : Monday to Friday 1445-2200

Part-Time position we are looking to fill?

P3 : Saturday and Sunday (0730-1445)

P4 : Saturday and Sunday (1445 to 2200)

What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?

  • Required to work with a team of highly skilled Professionals
  • Attend Visitors
  • Liaise with different departments and solve queries of visitors
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Desk Duties
  • Good and effective communication skills are required with ability to engage and to de-escalate aggressive and agitated patients, and to control violent situations.
  • Must provide high level of customer service in a challenging environment, greeting people and directing them to the right place.
  • Will prevent theft, violence or infringement of rules and regulation at the site.
  • Will need to monitor site visitors, staff, Perform ID checks.
  • Will respond to various site emergencies (codes), and when required, immediately coordinating with the site security and calling backup in order to ensure security of patients, visitors, staff, property and information.
  • Will need to observe presence of any suspicious person, things, unusual activity, or issues if seen at the site, and respond to the situation, and manage immediate coordination and reporting to site security.
  • Incident and daily reporting according to the site requirement and standards.

    • Qualifications to be become Security Guard in Winnipeg ?

  • Valid Permanent Manitoba Security Guard license
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills
