Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences, social sciences, or administration;
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
  • Ability to develop partnerships and innovative service delivery models;
  • Demonstrated commitment to community-based interventions and knowledge of community resources;
  • Knowledge of mental health programs, gender-based violence issues, and EarlyON programs;
  • Knowledge of program management and evaluation;
  • Ability to supervise and guide staff to promote an effective work environment;
  • Basic knowledge of human resources management and accounting principles;
  • Basic knowledge of data management and analysis;
  • Three to five years of experience at various levels of responsibility within the health and social services sector;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
