Legal Operations Coordinator to support the Corporate and Litigation Legal Services function for our client in Toronto, ON. This role blends administrative coordination, financial management, and executive support, ensuring efficient legal operations and alignment across key initiatives.
In this role you will act as a central point of contact, supporting workflows, budgets, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Pay Rate: $30.00 - $ 35.00/hour

Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily operations and track priorities across Legal Services
- Manage legal financial processes including invoices, purchase orders, accruals, and law firm billing
- Oversee end-to-end financial workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Maintain budget tracking, reporting dashboards, and legal metrics
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely processing
- Coordinate departmental planning, including budgeting and resource forecasting
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for legal leadership
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations, and track action items
- Support governance activities and maintain proper documentation and records
- Act as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with Finance, HR, IT, and Compliance
- Organize meetings, events, travel arrangements, and onboarding logistics
Qualifications and Skills: - Previous experience in legal administration, operations, or executive support
- Strong experience with financial processes and budget tracking
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience working in a corporate or legal environment is an asset
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
