Position Summary and Scope of Service :
The Workplace Incident Investigator, has a crucial role in maintaining a fair and respectful work environment by thoroughly and impartially investigating complaints or concerns related to workplace behaviour, ethics, or policies. The primary objective of this position is to collect all evidence and documentation that may be relevant to the allegations, for the Workplace Incident Investigator to make recommendations, and whether the matter warrants formal discipline in accordance with the employer's formal disciplinary procedures.

Qualifications : Educational :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law or a related field, or a combination of education and experience
- Education and / or Certification in Workplace Investigations is an asset
- Working knowledge and experience in restoring workplace relationships following a workplace investigation
- Trauma Informed Interviewing skills
- Proven experience in workplace investigations, demonstrating a strong understanding of employment laws
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
