Role

The Functional Analyst will be a detail oriented and collaborative member of our team, playing a key role in optimizing our ERP, WMS, and MES systems. In this dynamic position, you’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, configure system functionalities, and support data‑driven decision‑making through SQL reporting and EDI management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across ERP, WMS, and MES platforms
• Configure and support Syspro ERP modules and WMS / MES functionalities to meet evolving business needs
• Design and maintain SQL queries , reports, and data extracts to support decision‑making and operational visibility
• Manage and troubleshoot EDI transactions , ensuring seamless data exchange with external partners
• Work closely with developers and system integrators to implement and test system changes across ERP, WMS, and MES
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements in warehouse and manufacturing operations
• Provide end‑user training and support for system functionalities, including ERP, WMS, and MES
• Participate in system upgrades, testing, and documentation efforts for all supported platforms

Requirements

Salary

$90,000 – $110,000 a year.
