This is a remote position.

General Manager Motor Gear Trader

This pivotal role is responsible for driving the growth and evolution of Motor Gear Trader building a highperforming team with industry expertise and enhancing the Motor Gear Trader platform to meet client needs and excel in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

Prepare Motor Gear Trader for its official launch and potential IPO readiness.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and longterm growth.

Operational Management :

Oversee daytoday operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.

Manage the design development and deployment of the initial beta platform.

Establish and implement operational plans performance strategies and reports.

Monitor and control operational costs budgets and forecasts to maximize profitability.

Team Development :

Make key personnel decisions including hiring compensation promotions and performance management in accordance with Estoras Group policies.

Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.

Customer and Stakeholder Relations :

Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels focusing on satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored business strategies.

Manage relationships with investors ensuring transparency and trust.

Project Management :

Deliver Motor Gear Trader projects on time within budget and according to specifications.

Prepare comprehensive project documentation including plans status reports and change requests.

Address and resolve conflicts while managing clientrelated requests effectively.

Qualifications and Skills :

Experience fundraiser.

Proven leadership experience in managing operations and leading teams within a similar industry.

Strong background in strategic planning operational management and project delivery.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Adept at financial oversight including budget management and cost optimization.

Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving business goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Proficiency in Online Platforms : Demonstrated experience in leveraging and managing online platforms effectively to achieve business goals.

Familiarity with Trading Platforms : Proven expertise in navigating and utilizing trading platforms with a strong understanding of their operations and tools.

Startup Business Acumen : Handson experience in startup environments showcasing adaptability innovation and a growthoriented mindset.

Technological Proficiency : Solid experience working with modern technologies with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems quickly.
