Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle bookkeeping for a designated financial portfolio, ensuring accurate transaction recording.
Prepare, review, and post General Ledger (GL) entries for month-end close.
Conduct in-depth GL account analysis to ensure accuracy and resolve outstanding items.
Perform financial statement verification and analysis, noting key variances for management review.
Complete timely and accurate bank reconciliations and associated sub-ledger balancing.
Assist with audit preparations by compiling necessary documentation and explanations.
Execute various related duties and special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
DEC / BAC in Accounting or other relative experience
2 - 3 years of experience in similar role
Experience working with SAP or Sage 300 (an Asset)
Proficient in excel
Bilingual (an Asset)
