The Sales Representative contributes to the success of the PepsiCo Canada by maximizing business growth through the acquisition of profitable Frito-Lay, Quaker products, and vending customers such as restaurants, bars and parks.

The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Sudbury, Ontario

Responsibilities

• Gaining in market experience to learn the business from the ground up
• Utilizing your problem-solving skills to grow volume, revenue and profitability
• Influencing and collaborating with the AFH team, key accounts and customers to meet consumer demands within your territory
• Utilizing your entrepreneurial spirit to own all aspects of your territory and grow your business
• Prospecting and acquiring new Away From Home accounts using customized selling tools, data & the latest technology
• Build current business base by responding to customer calls and resolving issues
• Convert local and national business accounts, while leveraging our custom marketing tools & equipment
• Identify and align internal resources required to support account execution
• Provide superior customer service
• Utilizing our suite of data analytics to identify new volume opportunities and close any distribution gaps of our products
• Ensure Merchandising standards are executed in all accounts
• Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
• Monitor and report on competitive activity
