Vice President of Sales – Canada

Lead Growth in a Thriving Industry

A rapidly expanding global leader is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to drive growth across key markets in Canada. This role can be based in the Greater Toronto Area or Greater Montréal.

Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute long-term sales strategies, focusing on increasing profitability and delivering exceptional value to customers.

Travel : Frequent customer visits across Canada, with occasional international travel.

You should have the following in your background to apply :

Experience : 10+ years in sales or marketing, with a strong track record in driving growth and results.

Leadership : 5+ years of people management experience in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Skills : Exceptional negotiation, project management, and strategic thinking abilities.

Communication : Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; SAP experience is a bonus.
