Responsibilities
- Operate the weigh‑station scale with working hours of 8 : 00 am through 4 : 30 pm
- Enter accurate data into our computer system
- Communicate with drivers in person to determine the type of material being dumped, etc.
- Direct trucks to the appropriate location on site
- Process payment from customers, as needed
- Maintain EMS maintenance documents for heavy equipment
- Maintain the training matrix and documents as required
- Maintain records in Concorde Spark for all required driver licenses
- Complete abstracts and verify license status on a scheduled basis
- Communicate with department leaders on training due
- Schedule training as needed
- Other job‑related duties as needed
