We are currently looking for a full-time Fleet Coordinator to join our growing operations.
Job Summary
- The Fleet Coordinator provides administrative, operational, and analytical support to ensure the effective coordination of AFL’s national fleet program, consisting of over 300 assets (including vehicles, trailers, forklifts, and specialized equipment).
- This role supports Fleet Operations, in maintaining accurate fleet records, coordinating vehicle acquisitions, renewals, and disposals, managing supplier interactions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The incumbent plays a key role in maintaining fleet data accuracy, supporting safety and compliance initiatives, and ensuring that operational teams receive timely and reliable vehicle-related support.
- The position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with multiple departments, including Safety, HR, Operations, Finance, and Procurement.
