This isn't just a back-office role; it’s the backbone of our Small Business Banking compliance. You will play a pivotal role in protecting the integrity of our clients' accounts while ensuring a seamless experience for entrepreneurs across the country. If you have a sharp eye for detail and want to launch a long-term career in banking operations, we want to meet you. As an Operations Officer, you will support the Deposit Compliance Remediation team for Small Business Banking. Your primary focus will be assisting in the update of required or missing customer information and conducting thorough account reviews. While this is a non-client-facing role, your work is critical to ensuring a legendary customer experience by maintaining the integrity and compliance of business accounts.
