What You'll Do :

As a key team member of our team, you will be responsible for :

• Setting and cleaning tables, serving counters and the dining area according to type of event and service standards.
• Taking orders, including any modifications, answer enquiries and communicate orders to kitchen.
• Serving food and beverage to our residents and guests.
• Know all the residents dietary requirements and preferences.
• Ability to understand and follow-out orders to serve the food correctly and according to specified modification
• Provide high level dining services to our residents according to the companys standard.
• Clean table bases, chairs, and vacuum dining room floor.
• Practice and maintain established standards for cleanliness and sanitation required by the Health Department.
• Promote and maintains positive communication and relationships among staff, residents, and their guests.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and / or beverages. Pick-up trays and clean tables as needed to ensure a clean dining area.
• Establish and maintain an atmosphere conducive to pleasant dining by creating an environment which maintains the enjoyment, self respect, dignity and physical safety of each resident.

Compensation Package : $19.10 CAD per hour + discretionary bonus eligibility
