THE OPPORTUNITY Venterra’s Property Finance team has been undergoing significant growth in its mandate and its ability to drive value across the organization. The Property Finance team is uniquely positioned to partner closely with Asset Management, Operations, Investor Relations, Technology, Acquisitions, and Senior Leadership to optimize key business processes, and deliver actionable financial insights that drive significant value for Venterra. We are looking for an independent self-starter, who highly values accountability and ownership over their work .The successful candidate is passionate about problem-solving and feels comfortable iterating through ambiguous requirements to deliver value in net new situations. Critical to the role is the ability to demonstrate value as a business partner who delivers exceptional customer service; this position requires the ability to collaborate cross functionally to complete deliverables and drive change. The role will report to the Finance Manager - Modelling and Financial Analytics, who will continuously challenge the candidate to lead change, identify opportunities to add value, and take on increasing levels of responsibility . As a part of the Property Finance team, the candidate will have a peer group to collaborate with and be challenged by on a regular basis, working closely as a team to enable Venterra’s ambitious growth strategy.
