Location : Various locations across Manitoba
The Financial Manager / Accountant is responsible for managing the organization s finances including budgeting accounting and financial reporting. This role ensures that the organization s financial operations are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage the organization s budget.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Conduct financial forecasting and risk management.
- Manage the organization s investments and cash flow.
- Work with external auditors to conduct annual audits.

Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
