As the Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing external financial and compliance reporting processes, including the preparation of financial statements, monthly executive reporting, and coordination of annual audits. This role involves extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate month-end closings and consolidated financial results. Job Requirements :
- University degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance; CPA or MBA designation preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a large organization, with expertise in accounting systems, internal controls, and asset management
- Proven experience in process automation within financial reporting functions
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of Oracle and SQL an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
