Manager Financial Services
If you are passionate about the development of those around you and have strong banking operations experience, you could see great success in our Manager Financial Services (MFS) position. In partnership with the General Manager, the MFS will oversee branch operations to ensure growth, profitability, service and operational excellence. In this critical role, you will also provide mentorship, sales coaching and development for a team of financial professionals and deliver world class client service in one of our unique Financial Spas™.

Key responsibilities of this role are :
- Manages direct reports (front line up up to mutual fund licensed representatives) including : recruitment, retention, development of goals, ongoing performance management, and salary changes.
- Proactively coaches (through group and one-on-one sessions) and develops employees to assist them in achieving career success and growth.
- Provides development opportunities for staff through various sources including branch learning sessions, internal and external training, and education courses. Ensures each employee has a learning plan in place.
- Oversees a variety of branch operation and security activities including : conducting surprise cash counts, reporting deficiencies, addressing audit issues, monitoring safety, watching for possible money laundering activities, and maintaining security of premises including branch, ATM and night deposit areas.
- Liaises directly with functional areas such as Risk & Compliance, Marketing, Credit, Finance and Human Resources as needed
- Maintains a thorough knowledge of BlueShore Financial’s products, services, policies and procedures as it pertains to client service operations.
- Ensures compliance with audit and security standards, policies and procedures. Keeps informed of changes to the same and apprises staff.
- Assists employees with overrides, approvals and general assistance as required.
- Ensures adequate staff coverage to meet business requirements. Manages vacation and other time off requests; approves timesheets. Coordinates breaks, lunches, training sessions, and team meetings of direct reports to ensure the BlueShore client experience.
- Resolves member issues or complaints.
- Ability to act as Branch Compliance Officer.

Pay Transparency
Pay transparency is an important characteristic of our recruitment process and overall BlueShore culture which supports a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce.
The target range of this role is $70,300 - $82,600 per year, plus a variable performance bonus. Employment offers are determined by knowledge, experience and internal equity.
