We seek an experienced finance professional to oversee accounting, financial planning, and office administration. This role is vital in driving financial health, optimizing operations, and supporting sustainable growth. If you're a strategy and forecasting expert, you'll work closely with the business owner and a Staff Accountant.

The ideal candidate is a CPA (or working towards it) with a solid background in full-cycle accounting, financial management, job costing, and business operations. They thrive in entrepreneurial settings and can navigate complex financial structures while providing strategic insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance
• Collaborate on project pricing strategies to minimize financial risk
• Develop and implement financial strategies for growth and profitability
• Prepare accurate financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Manage intercompany accounting across multiple entities
• Handle foreign exchange transactions and international financial matters
• Advise ownership on financial strategy and business planning
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, reporting standards, and ethical practices
• Lead office administration for smooth operations
• Manage payroll and employee compensation structures
• Communicate financial insights to leadership for informed decision-making
• Support from a Staff Accountant reporting directly to this role
