Your future duties and responsibilities :

Reporting to the Finance Service Manager of the Payroll Service Center the selected candidate will act as a Financial Analyst.

• Ensure the production of monthly quarterly and annual financial and operational dashboards
• Analyze financial results and explain revenue and expense variances; forecast accruals if necessary
• Collaborate with the Finance team of the business unit to confirm the validity of financial data
• Participate in the budgeting process within the Payroll Service Center
• Implement and optimize financial performance indicators
• Develop and improve financial models for forecasting revenue profit and expenses
• Maintain constant collaboration with management regarding budgets expense tracking throughout the year and provide analyses tailored to their needs
• Participate in various ad-hoc financial analyses and act as a finance business partner for managers of the Payroll Service Center
