As Financial Advisor and an integral member of the team, you will :
Develop trusted and long-term Client relationships :
- Determine, actively listen and understand the unique needs of each Individual and Family Client.
- Develop and offer customized financial plans, strategies and solutions, be highly engaged, educate Clients and provide relevant insights and advice to meet their needs.
Serve as a collaborative leader and representative of the firm, with an entrepreneurial drive to achieve great results. Build strong relationships and be actively involved within the business community, associations, etc. to attract new Clients and develop new business opportunities.
Maintain long standing, respected Client relationships through communication updates and financial reviews including comprehensive financial planning, solutions and wealth accumulation.
Bring new ideas and a sense of ownership by working in the best interest of the company, delivering an extraordinary Client experience and contributing to a work culture of honesty, integrity and accountability.
Maintain an up to date knowledge of market trends, economic conditions, and the regulatory environment, utilizing your financial skills and tools to support their goals.
As the selected applicant, you will bring :
Mutual fund or securities license in good standing with CIRO.
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in good standing or willingness or obtain same within the first 3 years in the role.
Saskatchewan Insurance Councils Life License in good standing an asset.
3 to 5+ years experience within the financial services industry managing client relationships, providing financial advice and tailored investment solutions
A deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, economic market issues, and the regulatory environment.
Proficient with Microsoft office suite and MS Dynamics CRM
Knowledge of Naviplan and Razorplan financial planning software is an asset.
Motivated and enthusiastic leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to increase your skills and career in financial planning. A genuine interest and drive to help Clients reach their financial and life goals.
Excellent relationship building skills, client service and strong verbal and written communication skills.
