Our expectations
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, the FP&A Senior Analyst will lead revenue analyses for RONA’s corporately owned stores and its Pro (B2B) business. The chosen candidate will support the finance team and business partners in the follow-up of results, action plans, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning to help achieve financial objectives.
Your role
- Act as a financial business partner to the Operations team leaders.
- Analyze and interpret financial results related to the Sales & Margin for the corporate stores.
- Participate in the forecasts and budget, as well as monitor variances between actual results and the budget on a periodic basis.
- Support business partners in the development of action plans and monitor results.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to explain results and identify opportunities.
- Participate in the business case for new projects and make recommendations on them.
