Job descriptionYou have 3-5 years of management experience in the insurance industry or related business experience. You have post‑secondary education in a related field. You hold a Life licence and a General Insurance licence, with a Mutual Funds licence as an asset. You have completed or are working toward one of the following professional designations : CFP, CLU, CHFC or accredited Financial Planning Designation. You influence change and are committed to continuous improvement, in order to exceed client expectations. You leverage critical thinking skills to identify problems and proactively propose solutions. Your strong communication skills allow you to clearly convey messages. You’re an effective team player who shares knowledge to support our peers.
