We are a highly motivated group of individuals who embrace the company’s entrepreneurial spirit. Everyone is hands-on, regardless of role. We celebrate our successes together, work hard, have fun, and treat one another with respect.

  • Analyze and report on financial performance, variances, and trends.
  • Assist in processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and information.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Participate in special projects and financial research as required.

  • Someone working towards CPA/newly accredited CPA.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills while maintaining critical attention to detail and quality of work.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

What’s In It for You

  • A competitive base salary plus a variable pay (bonus) program.
  • Eligibility to participate in DIRTT’s Employee Share Purchase Plan.
  • For in-office roles: continental breakfast, coffee, tea, soda, daily hot cafeteria lunch, and snacks to keep you energized.
  • Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, designed to keep you and your family healthy.
  • Disability and insurance benefits to protect you and your loved ones, including short- and long-term disability, life insurance, dependent coverage, and voluntary options with certain benefits varying by location.
  • Mental health and wellbeing support, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • A thorough and supportive onboarding program designed to set you up for success.
