The Onsite Manager is responsible for managing the staffing needs of our client while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Manage temporary staffing needs of the client while working in conjunction with our recruitment team. Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service. Implement orientation program for temporary associates, which incorporates customer's policies. Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively. Anticipate needs of the customer. Develop relationships. Authentically connect with our client, candidates, and associates to drive their loyalty, which allows us to put more people to work. Engage our current talent in our unique programs designed to provide them the development they need to be ready for their next opportunity with us.

How you’ll make an impact as an Onsite Manager :
- Directly support the client’s staffing needs and partner with the recruitment team to fill positions efficiently
- Customize or enhance recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to deliver excellent customer service
- Implement orientation programs for temporary associates aligned with customer policies
- Monitor and address personnel issues quickly and effectively
- Anticipate the needs of the customer and develop strong relationships with clients, candidates, and associates
