Maintain strong communication with clients and project partners. Track production, costs, and progress for active projects. Assist with estimating, change orders, and project documentation. Ensure reporting, safety, and compliance are accurate and up to date. Promote a safe, respectful, and collaborative work environment. 5+ years of experience in civil construction, underground utilities, or oil & gas projects. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Comfortable with Excel, email, and digital reporting tools. Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
