About the role

As the Account Manager for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd, you will be responsible for building excellent relationships with a number of our customers, adding value to the contracts whilst developing business and margin enhancing opportunities. Customer retention is the overriding goal.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :

  • A proven leader who will have the gravitas to quickly build credibility with our customers and internal colleagues and who can demonstrate a strong track record in account planning / management within a growing business.
  • Ideally degree educated, you will be commercially astute and demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, decision making, communication, presentation, negotiation, people and IT skills.
  • This position has a high degree of autonomy and therefore a proven ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload is essential in order to deliver the expected results.
  • You may come from a service-related, logistics and / or distribution background and will ideally have previous experience of dealing with the public sector.

  • Qualifications and experience required.

  • GCSE standard education including Maths and English, minimum C grade or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year in Public, Healthcare or service-based industry.
  • Customer Service / Call Centre experience.
