Director of Finance – 5 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Manage the month / quarter-end close process

Ensure SOX requirements are met and internal control processes are in place

Assisting VP FP&A with forecasting and budgeting

Responsible for managing the payroll team

Manage the intercompany accounting process among multiple entities

Support the audit (internal and external) audit processes

Supporting financial M&A integration team

Ad-hoc requests.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

CPA designation with 10+ years’ experience

Experience working within a public company with a multinational business

Experience with financial system and SOX implementation

Excellent accounting and analytical abilities

Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Pay Rate

$65.00 / Hour
