Hiring Requirements

The Operations Analyst keeps accurate and timely reporting of production data, supports continuous improvement, and maintains systems and docs for efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Report Management – gather and check production filings (waste, recoil, bake, down time sheets).
• Data Reconciliation – cross-check WMS, production reports and bake sheets for dough & finished goods; resolve differences.
• System updates – save postage times and BAJA waste to Oracle Fusion cloud.
• ROW Report – produce and distribute daily ROW data for SEMI & FG; validate information.
• Lean meetings – run Tues. Actions and Thurs. KPI reviews.
• Reconcile‑&‑Report – finish weekly reconcile file; polish FG change with Distrib Supervisor.
• Order Close – ensure order reports match the ROW before cr. the close; alert stakeholders.
• Database & Dashboard – keep excel base and refresh Power BI for KPI ware.
• Lean Prep – refresh safety, quality, produ, maint and maintain slides with team updates.
• Continous improvement – attend, note, and close on projects (VSM, RCA).
• Create Period‑to‑Date ROW reports.
• Close works and start inventory processes.
• Audit – audit BOM, compare BOM / MIPS and floor formulas with HMI.
• Arch / arch – keep reports and fill new dashboards.
• Co‑ord – cross – documents and arch to Iron Man.
• Train – prep associates for Oracle Fusion Dewagers (MIPS and PEGA.)
• Re‑mod – revise, test for oper model on Bag / guas.

Experience & Education

Previous manuf in the environ‑life of news – an asset.

Salary range

The annual pay is $65,000‑$75,000; bonuses & standard benefits does not included.
