Job descriptionSupport the Controller in preparing and analyzing monthly and annual financial statements. Contribute to month‑end and year‑end close activities while collaborating with external auditors. Track and reconcile fixed assets, prepaid expenses, receivables, and recurring payments. Ensure accurate account reconciliations and well‑organized supporting documentation. Assist department leaders in building our annual budget. Collect, validate, and analyze key data feeding into rolling forecasts. Track assumptions and identify performance variances to help maintain organizational agility. Elevate financial processes and tools, particularly within our ERP ecosystem. Test, validate, and refine ERP reports to boost accuracy and efficiency. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work and strengthen data integrity. Participate in cross‑functional projects aligning finance with operations, HR, administration, and leadership teams. Support new initiatives aimed at optimizing financial performance and business scalability. Progressively build your expertise toward a future Controller role within Techo‑Bloc. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA designation (required) 5+ years of accounting experience 3+ years of cost control, budgeting, forecasting, or financial process improvement (manufacturing experience is an asset) Strong command of accounting principles and impeccable attention to detail Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, Power Query) Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft AX, D365, or SAP Strong analytical and communication skills Bilingual French / English, with excellent English to support U.S. operations Step into a strategic role with visibility across operations and executive leadership.
