About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Systems Manager to oversee and optimize the company’s NetSuite ERP environment. This role will serve as the strategic lead for NetSuite functionality, governance, enhancements, and compliance—especially in a publicly traded, SOX-regulated environment
This position will partner closely with Finance, IT, SOX, and other business stakeholders to ensure NetSuite is leveraged effectively, securely, and in full compliance with audit requirements.
Your responsibilities will include :
NetSuite Administration & Strategy
- Serve as the company’s NetSuite subject matter expert and system owner.Manage NetSuite system configuration, customization, user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
- Lead the roadmap and prioritization of NetSuite improvements, upgrades, and integrations.Evaluate and manage third-party tools and integrations within the NetSuite ecosystem (e.g., Coupa, Kyriba, FloQast, Snowflake, Github, etc.).
- Provide technical leadership on NetSuite projects, including new module implementations and cross-functional process automation.
