Job descriptionCollaborate with practice managers, regional and senior director leaders to understand business objectives and challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering financial insights that support decision‑making and business growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner practices to ensure alignment and effective communication. Support budget and forecast processes in collaboration with the FP&A team and senior director leaders. Report on key metrics and KPIs for each practice, measuring and monitoring performance. Analyze financial data, identify trends and recommend improvements grounded in data‑driven insights. Prepare regular presentations to support operational decision‑making. Respond to DCC assist tickets within required SLAs and support annual inventorying processes, ensuring audit expectations are met. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost optimisation within finance processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements and efficiency measures. Provide analytical support for initiatives aimed at driving operational excellence. Contribute to strategic planning by delivering financial insights and conducting scenario analyses. Support strategic initiatives and special projects with financial modelling and business‑case development. Bachelor’s or Diploma in Finance, Accounting or a related field. Fluently bilingual in English and French. 2 to 3 years’ experience as a financial analyst or business partner in a prior finance role. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights. Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and analysis techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying financial concepts to non‑financial stakeholders. Business acumen with the ability to align financial goals with overall business objectives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. This is a remote opportunity based out of the Greater Montreal Area. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the role provides financial analysis and strategic business support to practice managers, regional and senior director leaders in operations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting :
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to assess the performance of partner dental clinics.
- Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts and variance analyses to track key metrics and identify trends.
- Provide insightful commentary on financial results and recommend actionable strategies to improve performance.
