Your Opportunity

Our office located in Downtown Montréal is looking for reliable and friendly bilingual File Clerks to join our Administration team, full‑time and in office for a 2‑month contract (March – May 2026) and own the following responsibilities :

  • Assembly of tax documents and returns
  • Assist with obtaining signatures for various documents and tax returns
  • Assist with data entry, scanning and classifying of client supporting documents

  • Your Experience And Education

  • Bilingual in English and French is required due to the frequent and complex contact with our English‑speaking partners and clients in Quebec and outside of Quebec, and the need to draft documents in English
  • Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an administrative or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Team oriented
  • Professional business communication skills, courteous and friendly
  • Knowledgeable in computer systems with the ability to learn new systems quickly
