About Us :

We have the clients, the resources, and the vision—you bring the expertise, leadership, and drive to make it happen.

What You’ll Do :

Lead Field Operations : Manage utility locating projects using advanced GPR and EM technologies, ensuring precision and safety.
Troubleshoot and Adapt : Adjust equipment settings for varying ground conditions (clay, sand, rock, wet soils) and resolve technical issues on-site.
Client Relationships : Communicate findings professionally, deliver top-tier service, and build trust with clients.
Detailed Reporting : Produce clear, professional reports with visuals and data tailored to client needs.
Division Growth : Drive business development, mentor future team members, and help establish our division as a leader in the field.

What We’re Looking For :

Technical Expertise :

5+ years’ experience in utility locating with advanced GPR and EM technologies.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and optimize equipment in diverse field conditions.

Certifications :

Preferred : RULT (Registered Utility Locator Technician) or equivalent certification.

Leadership Skills :

A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment and builds client trust.

A self-starter who can operate independently and deliver results.

Licensing & Legal :

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

Legal authorization to work in Canada (Immigration lawyer assistance available for exceptional candidates).
