Associé / associée de magasin, responsabilités clés :

Assurer un haut niveau de service à la clientèle;

Faire le suivi des articles populaires, appliquer des démarques et apporter des changements aux articles, au besoin;

Maintenir les normes concernant les planogrammes, les étiquettes et l’affichage;

Effectuer des comptes cycliques, au besoin.

Associé / associée de magasin, exigences du poste :

Solides compétences en service à la clientèle;

Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe;

Capacité de s’acquitter de diverses tâches dans un environnement dynamique;

Souci du détail.

Associé / associée de magasin, horaire de travail :

Un horaire typique à temps plein comprend des quarts de jour, deux quarts de soir par semaine et l’alternance de fins de semaine, pour un total de 40 heures par semaine. Un horaire typique à temps partiel comprend un mélange de quarts de jour, de soir et de fin de semaine, jusqu’à concurrence de 24 heures par semaine.

Les exigences physiques décrites ici sont représentatives de celles que les employés doivent remplir pour accomplir les fonctions essentielles de ce poste. Vous tenir debout et marcher.
