Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX Designer to join our client's team in downtown Toronto. In this role, you will be a dedicated advocate for the customer, transforming complex problems into elegant, user-centered experiences. The ideal candidate is a master storyteller who obsesses over detail and thrives in a collaborative environment where iteration and feedback are key to achieving excellence.
This is a 6-month contract position. The role requires working onsite at our client's office in downtown Toronto 3 days per week, with a transition to 4 days per week later in 2026.
As a UX Designer, you will lead the charge in customer-centric innovation, creating industry-leading experiences across all digital touchpoints. You will be responsible for navigating the strategy space, challenging traditional thinking, and ensuring that the customer remains at the center of every design decision. This role offers significant exposure to the banking industry and the opportunity to shape the future-state of cross-channel experiences.
