We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Lumber Take-Off Estimator to join our thriving team. We want to hear from you if you're eager to collaborate with a driven, supportive, and vibrant group.

Your Role : Lumber Take-Off Estimator reporting to our VP Sales & Design
What You Bring :
- Read, interpret, and understand blueprints and building codes related to residential, commercial, or farm projects.
- Ability to examine drawings and blueprints for intent, conformity, and error.
- Estimate the quantity and types of lumber and related materials needed for various construction projects.
- Produce accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates for lumber and related materials using appropriate software tools.
- Generate quotes quickly, efficiently, and accurately for customers.
- Exceptional customer service attitude to maintain excellent client interaction.
- Communicate with engineers, architects, and contractors regarding project details before and during construction.
- Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers.
- Demonstrated skills working in a team environment.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Attend and participate in company-sponsored training programs as required.
