Contractually Limited Term Laboratory Instructor

Position Description
The Biology Department invites applications for a part time (20 hours per week) Laboratory Instructor . The term of the appointment is from August 11 2025 to May 15 2026. The position is subject to final budgetary approval.
Minimum qualifications are a . in Biology or related field. Experience in instructing undergraduate laboratories is desirable (but not required). Other educational work experience would also be an asset. On-the-job mentoring with laboratory instruction will be part of the position.
The successful candidate will undertake laboratory instruction and associated tasks for the undergraduate courses Human Kinetics 161 and 162 Applied Human Anatomy and Applied Human Physiology required for all students majoring in Human Kinetics or Nursing. The Department is seeking candidates who are committed to contributing to StFXs priorities of equity diversity and inclusion in the classroom.
