Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll-related documentation. Foster a positive working environment and address employee concerns. Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to maintain open communication. Compile and review daily shift reports to monitor maintenance activities and outcomes. Ensure proper documentation of work completed, issues encountered, and corrective actions taken. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members, such as conducting root cause analysis, maintenance team huddle, major down time review and job safety review. Identify skill gaps and facilitate training programs to enhance team capabilities. Develop and maintain a skill matrix for the maintenance team. Create and implement improvement plans to enhance individual and team performance. Utilize Limble to generate work orders for the maintenance staff. Prioritize work orders based on urgency and impact on operations. Schedule and oversee the completion of preventive maintenance tasks. Ensure all PM activities are performed according to established schedules and standards. Develop a PM audit system and perform work audit. Lead the maintenance team in rapid response to equipment failures and production line downtimes. Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues to minimize production disruptions. Maintain clear and continuous communication with production / sanitation supervisors and managers. Coordinate maintenance activities to align with production / sanitation schedules and requirements. Escalate complex or critical issues to senior management promptly. We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team! Our Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance assignments are carried out in an efficient and safe manner.
