Our business partner, a prestigious firm located downtown in Montreal, is currently seeking a Business Center and Facilities Coordinator to provide support for internal services and oversee office facilities. YOUR ROLE : Your responsibilities are to ensure the smooth running of the internal services, and daily office operations. This includes : Respond to the daily needs of the business center and ensure best practices in managing office operations and internal services;Ensure the supply of office materials, equipment, and services in coordination with external vendors and subcontractors;Contribute to occupational health and safety prevention efforts;Maintain the condition and safety of office facilities and spaces;Coordinate logistics and communication, particularly related to renovations and ongoing projects;Keep various records up to date;Manage requests and ensure their prompt processing. SKILLS REQUIRED : Relevant experience in a similar role in a business center within a professional services environment;Good command of workspace management and asset administration;Proficiency in computer tools, especially MS Office;Excellent customer service;Autonomy, strong organizational skills;Excellent priority management;Initiative and flexibility;Ability to safely handle and move objects as needed.
