Overview
At Collective Arts Brewing, we’ve experienced a tremendous amount of growth as the direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue on this trajectory, we are searching for a highly organized, proactive, and business minded Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role will play a key part in keeping our strategic initiatives moving forward, managing our corporate scheduling, executive communications, and trademark administration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, who thrives in fast moving, creative environments and can act as both a strategic right hand and operational anchor to the CEO / ELT.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, priorities, and communications to ensure the most efficient use of time.
- Support strategic initiatives, through project planning through to execution and follow-up, acting as the link across departments
- Work with the CEO / ELT to prepare executive level reports, presentations, and communications that capture insights, track milestones, and drive accountability.
- Maintain trademark databases and liaise with legal and internal partners on renewals and filings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion while maintaining professionalism and judgment.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively identify opportunities to optimize time, improve communication, and strengthen processes.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other senior leaders to support annual planning cycles, performance reviews, and other executive initiatives.
