The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a compelling vision for the future, leading the development of the next strategic plan, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services. This role involves driving organizational growth through innovation, partnerships, and new opportunities, as well as fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive culture. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a large, complex organization, strong strategic, operational, and financial leadership capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to drive organizational performance while fostering a positive culture.
