The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a compelling vision for the future, leading the development of the next strategic plan, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services. This role involves driving organizational growth through innovation, partnerships, and new opportunities, as well as fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive culture. The CEO will also be tasked with ensuring strong financial stewardship, building relationships with key stakeholders, and serving as the organization's ambassador and advocate for home and community care. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a large, complex organization, strong strategic, operational, and financial leadership capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to drive organizational performance while fostering a positive culture. Key qualifications include exceptional relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills, as well as a passion for community impact and improving the lives of those the organization serves. The role requires a leader with sound judgment, integrity, and a visible, people-centered leadership style, who can work effectively with the Board of Directors and diverse stakeholder groups.
