We are recruiting for a highly capable Executive Administrative Assistant to join a growing team in the financial sector in the Waterdown area. In this permanent, full-time opportunity, you will be responsible for working closely with the team to complete administrative responsibilities such as data entry, record management, reporting, Mutual Funds and scheduling. The ideal candidate will be someone who has completed their post secondary education and is personable, confident, quick learning and professional.
