St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Separate School Division is seeking applicants for a full-time Payroll Administrator based at the division office in Leduc, Alberta commencing as soon as possible or a mutually agreed upon date.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, duties include :
- Prepare, process, reconcile and distribute all employee group payrolls
- Prepare payroll related reports and forms as required
- Track vacation entitlements
- Process and report on Teacher and Support Pension Plans
- Prepare and distribute annual payroll reporting including balancing and preparing T4s
- Prepare necessary payroll accruals and monthly remittances
- Prepare Records of Employment
- Compile annual WCB reporting
- Other duties as required
Qualifications include :
