Akkodis is recruiting on behalf of one of it's clients for a Digital Solutions Special to join their team on a full time and hybrid basis.The Digital Solutions Specialist focuses driving digital adoption and building relationships with clinicians and labs, mentoring and coaching Sales professionals on the field on the value of digital solutions, and achieving sales goals through effective selling and marketing of our clients products.This role requires the candidate to have their own vehicle and comfortable travelling around the assigned territory of British Columbia (Interior, Island and Greater Vancouver).Key Responsibilities : Achieve or exceed sales goals in the assigned region through the effective selling and marketing of company products to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directivesDrive new leads, develop a strong sales pipeline, and implement strategies to increase short and long-term market penetration through engagement with the local regional teamFollow up phone calls and / or Teams support with doctors & labsCo-travel with the local sales team to drive opportunities in specified regionProduct demonstrations in the specified region – live or virtualDigital event executionPlan sales activity based on defined sales process to ensure that region meets or exceeds assigned monthly and / or annual sales goalsCoaches local team on digital solutions workflows & fields qualified digital leadsLeads regional team meetings and business discussions regarding Digital Workflows to advance knowledge on how to position with clinicians & laboratoriesCollaborates with Area Digital Business Develop Managers (BDMs) to develop regional strategiesSupports the implementation of Digital Plans in the Field; product launches, key projects, products test, etc. serving as the local expert to customersRequired Experience : Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years’ experience working in a digital technology focused role OR dental experience3+ years’ experience with selling Digital Solutions to Dentists and Lab ownersValid driver's license, safe driving record, maintaining auto insurance coverageEasiest way to applyApply by clicking on this job posting
