Administrative Assistant – Strategic Office & Event Support

YOUR ROLE :

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Supporting the team with daily office activities;
  • Coordinating various events and travel arrangements (conferences, meetings, business trips, etc.);
  • Preparing and reviewing documents and communications;
  • Ensuring the preparation, dispatch, and follow-up of documents;
  • Following up with various stakeholders;

Manage the calendar and handle various bookings.

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Relevant experience in an administrative assistant role with similar responsibilities. Experience in a professional services environment is an asset;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written French, and professional proficiency in spoken and written English;
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively;
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently within a team.
