Job description

Admissions Coordinator Term Full Time

July 2, 2026, to September 30, 2027

Duties: Reporting to the Associate Registrar and Manager Enrolment Services, the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, development, administration, maintenance and revision of admissions functions and procedures. The position also receives and records applications and transcript information and determines the admission status of applicants for Health, Child, Youth and Family Studies, Foundation Trades and Technology programs.

Qualifications: Business Management Diploma or equivalent with three years of related experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize work and work as a team player in an open office environment. Proficient MS Office skills with advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel are essential to success in the role. This is a customer service role at the College working collaboratively to serve a diverse range of students and colleagues with tact, diplomacy, and empathy while maintaining strict confidentiality

Salary: Position# 20

CUPE Pay Level 5 with a starting wage of $2,439.31 pay period with increments progressing to Step 5 as per the CUPE Collective agreement (This includes 16% in lieu of benefits and vacation)

Terms over 1 year have the option of benefits and vacation or 16% in lieu.
