Job descriptionAssist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote events and other company initiatives. Create marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, brochures, and website updates. Manage social media accounts and online communities to engage with target audiences and promote events. Coordinate and track marketing campaigns and analyze results. Maintain and update the company's website and other digital platforms. Administrative Tasks : Manage event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices. Maintain event calendars, databases, and project files. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in event planning and marketing coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp). Experience using Canva and other graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Event planning certification or relevant training.

We seeking a highly organized and creative Events and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and marketing initiatives to promote our brand, engage our target audience, and drive growth.
Responsibilities :
Event Planning and Execution :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, workshops, trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiation, catering, audiovisual equipment, and on-site event management.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and marketing plans to ensure successful event execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and sponsors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Evaluate event success and provide recommendations for future improvements.
