Description
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of clerical tasks to support various departments at the corporate office. Depending on the needs of the assigned department, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, completing assigned projects, filing and record keeping, and general office correspondence. The Administrative Assistant works closely with fellow team members and corporate leadership to ensure quality standards are met at all times.

En fonction des besoins du département assigné, l'Assistant(e) Administratif est responsable de l'accueil et de l'assistance aux visiteurs, de la réalisation des projets assignés, du classement et de la gestion des dossiers, ainsi que de la correspondance générale du bureau. L'Assistant(e) Administratif collabore directement avec les autres membres de l'équipe et la direction de l'entreprise afin de garantir que les normes de qualité soient respectées en tout temps.
Key Responsibilities / Responabilités Clés
- Greet arriving and departing visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintain department filing system.
- Order office supplies as required.
- Assist in submitting invoices for payment and reconciling expense reports.
- Complete special projects as assigned by corporate leadership.
- Communicate professionally at all times with visitors and teammates.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Accueillir les visiteurs à leur arrivée et à leur départ de manière amicale et courtoise.
- Rédiger et distribuer des courriels, des mémos, des lettres, des fax et des formulaires.
- Aider à la préparation des rapports réguliers.
- Maintenir le système de classement du département.
- Commander les fournitures de bureau nécessaires.
- Aider à la soumission des factures pour paiement et au rapprochement des rapports de dépenses.
- Accomplir des projets spéciaux assignés par la direction de l'entreprise.
- Communiquer de manière professionnelle en tout temps avec les visiteurs et les collègues de travail.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches assignées.
