As the Engineering Manager for SaaS Enterprise Applications, you will be responsible for leading the engineering strategy and ensuring the quality of our enterprise-wide ERP, communication, collaboration, and productivity tools.

This role is crucial to our business operations and offers the opportunity to have a significant impact on our company-wide communication, productivity and collaboration strategies.

We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. We’d love for you to join us!

The Impact You'll Have

• Guide the engineering strategy to enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity across the enterprise.
• Oversee the use and management of tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Sage-Intacct, Airbase, Zoom, and Box.
• Provide robust leadership and execution to maintain secure, efficient, and effective collaboration operations across the company.
• Collaborate closely with security, compliance, and privacy teams to ensure adherence to policies, particularly in relation to AI features in our software tools.
• Continually assess the effectiveness of our collaboration tools and make recommendations for improvements or changes as necessary.
• Manage documentation and update tool usage policies.
• Communicate to leadership KPIs and SLAs, including SaaS uptime and usage metrics.
• Manage the budget and 3rd party vendor relationships to grow partnership.
• Curate and execute roadmap initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to priority and plan.

When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position, reflected in CAD, is : 128,300 - 160,400.

We also believe in recognizing the contributions of our people. That's why we award annual bonuses to eligible employees, rewarding both individual performance and the success of the entire company.
