Ready to take your nursing career to the next level? Quinte Health’s Transition Pool offers a unique opportunity to explore diverse clinical areas, build skills, and find where you truly thrive—all while making a difference in patient care.

Start with an 8-week orientation program designed for your success :

• First 4 weeks : Medicine / Surgical unit with a consistent mentor to build your foundation.
• Next 10 shifts : Rotate through specialized units including Sills 3 (Acute Stroke / Rehab), Sills 4 (Complex Continuing Care), BSTU (Behavioral Support), TCU (Transitional Care Unit), Trenton In-Patient Unit, and Picton In-Patient Unit.
• After a few months, once confident and comfortable, you’ll complete Emerge orientation—2 weeks in Belleville’s Emergency Department and 2 weeks in Trenton’s Emergency Department.

This role is ideal for nurses who love variety, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to broaden their horizons.
